🌪️🩵🖤WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU, COACH WALLACE! 🩵🖤🌪️

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize one of our own — Coach Ashley Wallace — for an incredible honor from the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office.

Coach Wallace was presented with the Life Saving Medal for her actions on July 5, 2026, when she and Deputy Janiell Pinto-Donis, alongside Firefighter Ryan Walsh, courageously entered the Gulf to rescue a distressed swimmer approximately 200 yards offshore.

In complete darkness, strong currents, and putting their own safety at risk, they stepped up when someone needed help. That takes an incredible amount of courage, selflessness, and dedication. 🇺🇸

We are so proud to have Coach Wallace as part of the Gulf Coast Hurricanes family. Our athletes get to see firsthand what it means to be strong, brave, compassionate, and willing to help others — both inside and outside of the gym.

Congratulations, Coach Wallace! 🏅🌪️
We are proud to call you one of ours! 🩵🖤

Once a Hurricane, always a Hurricane! 🌪️
