6 months! That’s how long between these pictures. That’s how long I’ve been consistently working out post c section. That’s how long I’ve been taking LEAN, FIT, & HYDRATED daily.

I had baby number 3 in July and wasn’t dreading my postpartum journey knowing I had my peptides to help support me along the way. Wanted to share first hand how they have changed my life for the better. I’m down 40lbs since July and my clothes are starting to fit again. I don’t have all the food noise. I feel stronger during my workouts. And my confidence is slowly coming back.

Nothing better than a before and after pic.

6 weeks of focusing on my nutrition. Working out 6 days a week. Daily outdoor movement. Personal development. No pop or carbonated energy drinks. 80oz or more of water a day!

I went all in on myself and man am I glad I did. Besides the small physical difference you can see there is a huge energy difference and how I feel day to day! Investing in yourself is definitely worth it!

Just started week 3 of the third program I’ve done this year! It’s ingrained in my morning routine and now feels weird when I skip or have a rest day! I may not always want to get it done but I do it anyways because I know how it makes me feel after!

While on vacation this last week I noticed my swim suit was a little big but no big deal! Until I saw the picture and was like WOW I don’t think it looked like that before. So after some digging check out the difference!

Not all of our victories come from the scale, especially when I’ve been lifting heavier and trying to build muscle!

Before and after my 8 week lifting program! This time around I focused on lifting heavier and made my nutrition a priority! Didn’t see much difference on the scale but definitely noticed I have more energy and my pants are fitting looser 👊🏻 working on those gains one day at a time!!

but as a way to show YOU, that YOU can do these!
It’s not perfect but it’s not suppose to be.
