Join me Thursdays and Fridays Yoga on the Dock!
For the month of July 2026 our schedule will be:
✨ Thursdays at 5:30PM
✨ Fridays at 5:30PM

We provide yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps—just bring yourself! Classes are donation-based, with a suggested contribution of $10–$20 per class. For low income families, donate what you can.

All sessions are held outdoors on a private dock and are weather permitting. We have a large commercial fan to keep those sand flies and mosquitoes away.

Spots are limited, so please text 850-739-5220 to reserve your place.

On beautiful days, you can also rent one of our kayaks and enjoy a peaceful paddle on the bay (life jackets available).

We can’t wait to see you on the mat!
