We all knew this day had to come 😭… it’s true, ya’ll. Coach Stephen has officially winged and moved on with the Navy, joining his beautiful family in sunny eastern FL! Same state still so that’s a bonus! 🙌🏽☀️
You are a gem of a human, Stephen. What a blessing to have you here with us as a coach and a friend- we’ll miss you, your dance moves and all the love and support you constantly offer. We’re proud of you and all your accomplishments while here- you’re onto bigger, better things and we couldn’t be more excited to see where life takes you and your family! Just know you’ll always have a place here with your CrossFit Pensacola fam 🫶🏽.

We had SUCH a blast hosting the Lululemon ladies from Cordova Mall this past Sunday! They came in and absolutely crushed the WOD- way to go, gals! 🫶🏽

What. A. Morning. 🇺🇸
We had one of the best Murph’s EVER this year and have all of YOU to thank! The rain didn’t slow us down a bit!
With a packed house and all the energy (seriously, the clapping and cheering throughout was another reminder of just how special this group is), we finished the workout with grilled hot dogs/hamburgers and ice cold watermelon… what a perfect day!
More reels to come but in the meantime, thank you so much for choosing to spend your morning with us. We are so blessed and our hearts are bursting!
Now go rest 😜

Got plans this Memorial Day morning? 🇺🇸
Monday morning is SO CLOSE… we’re so ready! 🙌🏽
Kicking off at 8:30am, we’ll be tackling The Murph as a big group, cheering each other on, giving it our best and most importantly, honoring our heroes who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
We’ll have modifications for all so no need to count yourself out- whatever your skill set or fitness level, we can adjust the workout to be tailored to you! No judgement, no competition and no criticism- we’re just glad to have you with us!
We’ll have a bouncy house for this kiddos, fun music and a post-WOD grill out with the CLASSIC hot dogs and ice cold watermelon 🌭🍉… and whatever snack you feel like bringing! Absolute breakfast of champions! 🙌🏽🤩
