Monday-Thursday
4:30-5:15PM - Kids Jiu Jitsu
5:15-6:00PM - Kids Striking
6:00-7:15PM - Adult Jiu Jitsu
7:15-8:15PM - Adult Striking (Boxing on Monday, MMA on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Friday
5:00-6:00PM - Adult Striking (Boxing)
The morning classes and weekend open mats will stay on the same schedule as before!

Shoutout to Gravity Tactical for sending us these two training knives! The full-length marking edges made the drill much more realistic. Even if one grappler appeared to be dominating the exchange, the ink marks showed that no one actually made it out unscathed. The ring handle on one of the knives unfortunately did not survive, but that just reinforces that nobody/nothing wins in a knife fight. Thanks again, !
