Dropping into technical terrain? Here's one thing that helps more than you think: trust your body position. 💪🚵♂️
Weight back, eyes forward, and let the bike do its job. A lot of riders tense up at technical sections which actually works against them.
May is a great time to practice on progressively harder terrain so your confidence builds before summer trail trips. 🫡
