It’s just another day.
The real problem is the pattern.
You let the weekend blow everything apart, feel guilty about it, then promise yourself you’ll get serious tomorrow.
That cycle keeps a lot of men weak, frustrated, and stuck way longer than they should be.
Nothing changes until you stop waiting to feel ready and start handling what needs to be handled now.
