Let’s get down to business!
We’ve been busy! Busy training people. Busy helping people reach their goals. Busy having fun. We have been busy. But we will do better at posting about it.
These four things will help you see results!
1. Fun! You should enjoy the process! Whether it’s great music, an awesome coach, or stimulating workouts. All these can impact your enjoyment of the process.
2. Community! Having people around you who are supportive of your goals and will push you or hold you accountable will help you when you’re struggling.
3. A Plan! Whether it’s a set schedule or a specific program, you need to have some non negotiable’s around your goals. “I do this, at this time. I will do this 4x a week”.
All of those things will lead you to the biggest key which is consistency. Showing up on a regular basis and taking steps, even if they are little, will lead to big results. You don’t need to lose 40 lbs tomorrow. You need to do 1 thing for your goal today, do that for a week, and change one habit a month.
