Eating well keeps our body fueled with what it needs and it can help you feel amazing too! 🥗💚 Don't have time to cook every night? I get that! Meal prepping is a great habit to practice to keep your healthy eating on track and save some 💰
I've been meal prepping for years and I can't begin to tell you how much it's helped me reach my goals, but it didn't happen overnight. Start with 3-4 days a week and give yourself the rest of the week to relax and think about what you'd like to prep next week! Small changes lead to big improvements over time!

Still think you're not getting a good workout in unless sweat is pouring all around you?
Think again 💡
Sweating is simply our body's way of cooling down so we don't overheat and many factors including caffeine, stress, hydration levels and so much more depend on the amount of sweat we produce! Not to mention, some of us naturally sweat more than others!
I'm not saying a good sweat session doesn't feel AMAZING after a long day, but keep in mind sometimes the hardest thing to do is walk into the gym and move. So next time you get to the gym and think you didn't do enough because you didn't sweat....
