A lot of people quietly build an identity around low energy.
“I’m just not someone with much stamina.”
“I can’t handle as much as other people.”
“This is just how I am.”
And after a while, that starts to feel true.
But sometimes what you’re calling “who I am”
is actually the state you’ve been living in for too long.
A state shaped by pressure.
By overthinking.
By carrying too much internally for too long.
So of course things feel heavier.
Of course simple things take more effort.
Of course you start believing your energy is the problem.
But that may not be the truth of who you are.
It may be the result of a mind and system that haven’t had much space to settle.
And when that begins to shift,
your experience of energy can shift too.
That’s where this work begins.

A lot of personal growth carries this idea
“I need to change who I am
to feel better”
So you try to be
more disciplined
more positive
more in control
But look at what that creates

That pressure alone
is heavier than most people realise
Nothing is wrong with you

to your thoughts

Because control is driven by

So the more you try to control
