It was fantastic to be part of the Global Running Day event at Running Wild Pensacola! Engaging those cores and improving spinal alignment on the spine corrector is an excellent way to prevent injuries and run stronger. 💪🏼

This Tuesday’s Teaching Tip is Leg Pull Front💫

This takes a plank and spices it up with a single leg lifting off the floor, ankle mobility, and a shifting of weight requiring deeper core strength.

It’s always important to support the joints before loading them. You can layer your progressions as you see in the video to make sure you have a steady foundation.

This exercise is beneficial to our runners and walkers, as it requires strength in the core, pelvis, and ankle mobility! 🏃🏽‍♂️

In this video, we explore the necessity of contralateral rotation while running. Hips rotate to the right while the upper body rotates to the left. Plus, a bonus for the core 🔥
