Dayton Sidner Racing

Little recap from snowball derby last night. Car was terrible in practice, found some small issues, got them worked out and ended up qualifying 7th. Race came along and we got as high as 4th or 5th and pretty stayed in the top 7 all night. Ended up breaking a rear end gear with 10 laps left in the race. But that's how it goes sometimes. Gotta thank everyone who helped me get it rolling last night. South Bay Construction, Kayla's Dream Vacations, Laidback Southern Boys, Oreilly Auto Parts in Pace, and everyone who played a part in getting it ready to put on a good show.

Well we got the car better than it has been in a while, had a solid 4th possibly 3rd, place car and the rear end gear broke and ended our night early. We will get it fixed back up and be back. Thanks to all the people who helped get it on track. Garrett Cobb, Camden Sidner, Stephen Sidner, Heath McNair, Lynn Sidner, and of course my amazing wife kayla. Had a great time meeting all the fans at the meet the drivers night. Next race is 2 weeks may 24th.

We are racing tonight at 5 flags speedway. It is the annual meet the drivers night, and kids 11&under are FREE. Autographs at 7, racing at 8. Yall come on out and enjoy some short track racing!

Well the time has come. Tonight we kick off our 2019 race season at 5 flags speedway. Gotta thank everyone that helped get the car ready for tonight. Let's go racing!

Well derby luck strikes again. But not as bad. Qualified 8th , was running around 5th for the whole race, and cut a tire just past half way from running over debris. Had to pit under green and went 5 laps down. Ended up 13th , but we did turn the 5th fastest lap of the race, and it was .01 sec off the winner. I feel like we woulda had a shot there at the end. But luck wasnt on our side. But the bright side is, we finished the derby in 1 piece. So I will take that any day. Gotta say big thanks to everyone who helped make this happen. South Bay Construction, oreilly auto parts in pace, laid back southern boyz, my wife for letting me chase this dream, the guys that are always there to help when needed. I definitely couldn't do it without them. 2019 plans are still unclear. But we will be running something in some capacity.

I know I'm late, but it has been a crazy day. Battled a tight car in practice, got it good for heat race, ended up p2 in heat. Went out for feature and the car was wicked loose. Had a possible 2nd place car. But i had no drive off. Ended up p4. Not a bad night over all and I can't thank everyone who helps enough. Dad, Kayla, heath, Camden, Caleb, wayne, shanna, garret, brandin, curtis, johnny, o Reilly auto parts in pace, laidback southern boys, and everyone else I missed.

We are racing tonight at 5 Flags Speedway. It's not to late to come see some good racing and it's a $5 ticket if you bring a donation for the manna food bank.

Started 36 of 36 in A main, and after 50 laps we ended up p12. I can't even put into words how happy I am with what we did this weekend. We shouldn't have even been close to making the feature as under equipment as we were. I can't thank everyone enough for helping pull this off. I'm already looking forward to next year. Now to get home, and change some stuff back to normal and we will be racing 5 Flags this coming Friday.

Officials just came by and WE ARE RACING THE FEATURE YALL!!!!!!!

Started 20th in b main, ended up 7th. Taking 4 for sure to a main plus a few more. We are waiting to find out.
