The Academy of Pensacola

I'm excited to share that Adriano will be doing a spontaneous-surprise-extra-super-bonus class tomorrow at 11:30 AM. So pick out your most elegant gi, and come in for a mid-day session with the man who helped bring BJJ to Pensacola in the first place. Bring a friend; tell them you're buying lunch. We have loaner gis available 😉

No kickboxing class this Saturday (October 25th) as coach Paul and students will be participating in a Muay Thai and Kickboxing tournament in Mobile, AL.

Kickboxing classes will pick up on their regular schedule Monday (October 27th) evening at 8:00 PM, followed by Tuesday (October 28th) morning at 8:00 AM. If you are a member of the Academy, these classes are included in your membership—drop in and learn to "sweep the leg" 😉

What an incredible first evening with professor Adriano! If you weren't able to make it to this class, there are several more opportunities ahead.

Adriano will be back in the Academy on Thursday to teach the 11:30am No-Gi class, and on Friday to teach the 11:30am and 6:30pm BJJ classes, as well as the 4:45pm Little Sharks class.

We're excited to have Adriano Lucio in the house! Adriano is a 6th degree black belt, and an incredible teacher. He will be instructing various classes over the next couple of weeks. Bring your children, bring yourself, and learn from one of the greatest. There is no extra charge for Academy members to attend these classes; so be sure to show up and take advantage of this opportunity!

We will not have classes tomorrow for either jiu jitsu or kickboxing children as well as adults as all the coaches will be coaching at either AGF tournament in Biloxi or the super fights at Southeastern Submission Classic.
