WE'RE BACK ONLINE!
After several days without power following the hurricane, we're finally back online and working to get things back on track.
First and foremost, we hope everyone is safe. We know many in our community are still without power and dealing with storm damage. Please continue to put your safety, your families, and your neighbors first.
Also, we want to extend our appreciation to all emergency management staff, first responders, hospital workers, linemen and women, community partners, aid organizations, restoration crews, and everyone else who have been helping our community get back up and running following the storm. Your work has not gone unnoticed and we are grateful for the work you are doing.
PENSACOLA HALF MARATHON & 5K — 2026
We know there are a lot of questions surrounding the cancellation of this year's event, and we want to assure everyone those questions are not being ignored.
To be clear, the 2026 Pensacola Half Marathon & 5K will not be rescheduled.
We're currently working with the appropriate officials to finalize the 2027 event date and registration arrangements for our 2026 participants. Specific details and individual instructions will be emailed directly to registered participants once everything is in place.
We're also working through the distribution arrangements for the 2026 event medals and shirts. More information will be included in our upcoming participant communication.
We understand that everyone wants answers, and we want to provide them. Rather than release information piece by piece, we're taking the time to make sure our next update is clear, accurate, and as complete as possible.
We appreciate your patience as we work through these details.
CHAPPIE JAMES BRIDGE RUN 5K — SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17
WE ARE STILL A GO!
This Saturday's Chappie James Bridge Run is moving forward as planned!
With fewer than 40 registration spots remaining, we're quickly approaching a sellout for the final running of this event.
If you've been planning to join us for one last run across the bridge, now is the time!
TO OUR RUNPENSACOLA COMMUNITY
It's been a challenging week for Pensacola and our surrounding communities. We know many people are still dealing with the aftermath of the storm, and we recognize that running events aren't everyone's first priority right now.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we navigate these unusual circumstances.
Please continue to look out for your neighbors, lend a hand where you can, and above all, stay safe.
We're glad to be back.
