Power is back on and we are shipping out orders today!!!

Got the alert early this morning that power had finally been restored to the shop. Big thank you to all the hard working linemen in our area! They are definitely the heroes in the aftermath of the hurricane!

The good Lord blessed our shop big time! Holsberry Road looked like a war zone but beyond some minor roof leaks we came out unscathed.

Lots of tog jigs headed north! This batch is on its way to New Jersey.

Pretty crazy to see the size difference between a 3/8oz knocker jig and a 2oz knocker jig!

Day 7 of 100 of rebuilding the website!

While slowly but surely watching the hurricane intensify I was able to finish loading some photos for the new cobia jig heads!

Also managed to upload some more VMC Hooks and Mustad Fishing hooks!

Depending on how fast we lose power I might be able to get some of the pompano jigs edited and uploaded as well!

Hurricane Update:

First off, thanks a lot to all the people who have reached out to check on us! We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers! Our town and region definitely needs it!

We have the shop shut down and secured as much as possible. At this point it is just a waiting game to see how much damage the storm does. As is the case many times in life this situation is in the Lord’s hands. All we can do is pray and be ready to help our family, friends, and neighbors after the storm hits.

At this point in time, having been through a few hurricanes in my life already, I assume we will be without power for several days.

As soon as I can update everyone after the storm I will!

Day 4 of 100 of rebuilding the website!

I know I skipped 3 days but if I uploaded more than 3 items does that make up for it?

Here is what I have gotten accomplished so far;
1. Several of the cobia jig heads and a few new ones partial loaded back on the website. I’ll get fresh pics of the new ones loaded later this week.

2. Shad Jigs Bonito Series - Shad jigs with short but stout hooks for bonito, blackfin tuna, mahi, redfish, trout, flounder, etc.

3. Sparkie jigs - 1/8oz - 1/2oz with all the classic colors for inshore fishing

4. Mustad 39960dt commercial grade circle hooks 8/0 - 20/0. These can kill anything from a mingo to Jaws :)

Also thanks to everyone who is helping me find glitches and screw ups on the site! If you notice something wrong let me know so I can get it fixed!

This is your reminder to go fishing no matter what the weatherman says!

Bridget and I spent Saturday morning hitting just about every public access fishing spot between Pensacola and Gulf Breeze while dodging all the storms.

The effort paid off with a pretty nice mess of fish and at least 4x as many white trout and Spanish we threw back.

Flounder and trout were all caught on 1/4oz and 3/8oz bullet jigs with various Z-Man Fishing Products tipped with Pro-Cure Bait Scents.

Spanish were on 1/2oz Chartreuse and white hex heads.

Best advice I can offer anyone locally; Find the bait. The water is pretty stirred up between all the wind and rain.
If you get to a spot and there is no signs of bait (or life) don’t waist your time. Go on to the next spot!

Just a heads up, we are prepping another batch of pompano rig boards.These will drop sometime this coming week!
