Proper stroke is a big part of water safety! 🛟
When your child can hold themselves correctly in the water while using effective swim strokes, they can stay safer for longer periods of time. This helps keep them safe in a multitude of situations.

Proper swim strokes are also the most energy-efficient, allowing your child to conserve energy when they need it most. 💙💦

TIPS BELOW: ⬇️

1. Never take your eyes off your children while they are around water. Drowning happens in seconds.

2. Take your child to swim lessons untill they are confident, comfortable, capable and your instructor informs you they are good.

3. See steps 1 & 2.

Have a great summer and be safe!! ☀️💙💦
