The best way to start a detox is stop toxing
After my leg injury i kinda gave up on myself for a bit and used a busy life as an excuse to not eat right and not workout for the last couple months.
The younger me would have would have never even entertained those excuses and would have found the time and reason to keep pushing forward.
The irony is the older me needs the fitness and healthy diet more than the younger me. Life doesn’t get easier as you age and not staying on top of your health makes it far harder.
I cant really put my finger on why 48 has been so difficult to stay consistent but it has been a real struggle to stay the health and fitness minded person ive always naturally been.
Tomorrow Dec 8th i’m getting back on track with a 30 day detox and health minded program i will share my daily training, meditation and diet changes- if you follow along with my journey -TIA Rusty
