💙 Learning, moving, and connecting—together!

We had the pleasure of welcoming Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Pensacola to our monthly Parkinson’s support group at the Bear Levin Studer Family YMCA!

Thank you for sharing valuable information about Parkinson’s disease and engaging our members in learning and movement. We appreciate your support for individuals and families navigating Parkinson’s. 🤝

Interested in our monthly Parkinson's support group? Contact our YMCA Wellness Director. You belong here! 💙

🎈 Moving, creating, and connecting at the Y! 💙

Each month, we welcome our friends from ARC Gateway to the Bear Levin Studer Family YMCA for a different activity together. This month, we learned how to make balloon creations and got moving with a fun dance workout led by Instructor Emily! 💃🎶

Thank you, Emily, and everyone who joined us for a day filled with smiles, creativity, and friendship. We love making these memories together! 🫶

👟❤️ SHOE US THE LOVE! ❤️👟

Help us make a difference by donating your gently worn, used, and new shoes! We are collecting donations through November 30 to support New Faith Church of the Nazarene.

Your donated shoes not only help support this cause, but they will also be reused and given a second life through — making this a true WIN-WIN for everyone involved! 🌎👟

Be sure to ask your friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers to donate too. Every pair counts!
