Hey now! The 2026-27 season is officially underway! The GPAC team hit the water for Team Day and the annual team time trials on Saturday 8/29!

An event like this cannot happen without our amazing parent community. A huge shoutout to our timers, officials, and set up / break down parents. You are the engine that keeps this team running, and we appreciate your time and dedication to making today a success for the kids. Thank you also to Yelena Gidenko, Dawn Walker, Tina Luciano, and Meredith Harris for manning the volunteer / mentorship table.
📢 Don't Forget: Parent Meeting Monday!
Just a quick reminder that our GPAC General Membership meeting will be held on MONDAY, AUGUST 31 at 6:30 PM inside the Argos Athletic Club on the UWF campus (adjacent to the old fieldhouse and the top of Lot A). We will be covering the upcoming season schedule, volunteer and financial policy changes, the budget, and much more. Please make every effort to attend!

Just amazing! After posting a new personal best (and team record) in the 100m fly at the Auburn meet in late June, Logan pulls up for second place in the FINAL preliminary heat of the 100
Fly in a smoking :51.47 seconds. 🔥🔥
Logan holds the old team record, which he set at the Jr. Pan Pac championships in Australia in 2024 🇦🇺
Logan comes back tonight in the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL! And YES- he is racing the current WORLD RECORD HOLDER-Caleb Dressel!

💥🚨Team Record Alert! 🚨💥
GPAC’s Logan Robinson lowered his previous team record in the 200m freestyle this morning by nearly 2.4 seconds to a blistering 1:48.2!
That swim brought him back 16th and a swim in the bonus final.
Later, Logan dropped under the :24 mark to squeak into the championship final of the 50m butterfly (along with some world-class competition!). Logan placed 8th in the event this evening in Irvine, CA. 🔥

Logan Robinson is representing GPAC out in Irvine, CA this week! Tune in tomorrow about 11:30 AM central to see heats of the 200m butterfly. Robinson was a Junior Pan-Pacific gold medalist in this event in 2024!

That’s a wrap! GPAC finishes 11th at Southeasterns! 🏆🏆
Sunday night finals saw Addison Adams win silver 🥈in the inaugural final of the 11-12 200-meter butterfly and a bronze 🥉in the 100m freestyle.
All SIX of GPAC’s distance corps placed in the 1500m freestyle, including all FOUR of the 13-14 boys (Justin Washburn 2nd, Lane Robinson 8th, AJ Gillespie 15th and Nikky Lypko 16th) and Grace Walen-10th for the girls.
Jack Hebert picked up a 10th place finish for the team in the mile.
Amelia Ilnitskiy made her first SES A-final in the 200m individual medley and finished 8th in a new personal best.
Newly-minted team record holder Ethan Anderson made his SES A-final debut in the 50m fly and placed fourth.
Marcela Dos Santos placed 5th in the 100m fly and Justin Washburn placed 6th in the boys’ 100 fly.
