***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***
Regarding A.C. Read Golf Club Tournament June 22nd & June 23rd:

First Tee is required to provide the base with a roster containing the full legal names of everyone who plans to attend the tournament. We must submit this roster to the base by June 14th.

To comply with these requirements, registration for this tournament will CLOSE at 12:00 pm on JUNE 12th.

When registering, please provide the full legal name of every person who plans to enter the base, including:
Players
Parents
Grandparents
Siblings
Other family members or guests

Please use legal names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification. For example, if someone goes by "Bill," please provide "William" if that is their legal name.

Please ensure this information is provided to Nick at the time of registration or before June 12th

Beginning June 15th up until the days of the event, everyone included on the submitted roster may visit the Pass and Tag office to obtain their base access. The pass will only be valid for the days of the event.

Everyone is required to check in and submit required paperwork at the base office.
