Today, we celebrate Laurenānot only for completing her internship with MOVE., but also for graduating from the University of West Florida! šš
In this moment, Lauren is coaching Susan through her chest press, helping her maintain proper alignment by keeping the weights directly above her shoulders at full extension. It is a powerful picture of what our internship program represents: taking knowledge from the classroom and learning how to apply it through attentive, individualized coaching.
Lauren, we are proud of your growth, grateful for the care you have shown our clients, and excited to see where your knowledge, dedication, and passion take you next.
Congratulations, Lauren! You will always be part of the MOVE. family.
Keep learning. Keep leading. Keep moving forward.

POWER IS BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP.
John and Clifton are captured in the air performing the jump shrugāa purposeful progression toward the Olympic power clean.
This movement develops explosive power by teaching the coordinated extension of the hips, knees, and ankles. But the real story is not simply how high they elevateāit is how they arrived there: through proper instruction, consistent practice, and progressive training.
At MOVE., we donāt introduce complexity before building competency. Every movement has a purpose. Every progression prepares you for what comes next.
Learn the movement. Build the foundation. Develop the power.
That is science-based strength and conditioning.
MOVE.
Strength for today. Power for what comes next.
