Cooler weather means crawfish season is right around the corner! Can't wait for that first boil of the year.

Watching the price of live crawfish at Cub's Crawfish, hopefully it won't be much longer before we have our first boil of 2015. We know it's time when friends start randomly mentioning to us that they are getting hungry for crawfish.

While we may have lost the house in the flood, we will be back! We will have to spend the next year doing all the engineering and design and getting the house built, but we will be back!
