Pensacola Dirt Track

Can’t say we didn’t try but the rains just been too much the past 2 hours. We are cancelling today’s event. We greatly appreciate all the hard work you all put into your karts, the money, and the time spent today traveling here. We don’t take it lightly I promise you. Also want to thank our volunteers who have been working since Wednesday to put on this event and the workers who showed up today and have been working.

It’s Race Day!!!!Here’s a few things to know!
CASH ONLY EVENT!!
Gates open at 11 AM! STOP and pay BEFORE pulling into pit area! General parking is located outside the fenced area as you pull on the property.
Fuel stop is at the Circle K at 601 N New Warrington Rd, Pensacola, FL 32506
Pump Earnhardt Sr. ( #3) 87 Ethanol ONLY!! Make sure the person before you at the pump used 87 Ethanol also so the higher octanes not left in the line. Run the first gallon in your vehicle or a separate container if needed! Feel free to go to tech and we can test fuel prior to competition.
Practice will be controlled 5 minute sessions in this order-

Jr3
All Adult Hobby
Jr2
All Clone
Jr Champs
Future Stars/Red Plates
Blow track
RWYB
Repeat
You will ONLY get TWO 5 min sessions!
Kids and all Hobby classes, you must practice in atleast one session to get your tires dirty for the dirty tire rules! Please read the rules!! Main Drivers meeting will be around 4:30PM.

This years Gulf Coast Natty race flyer! Mark your calendar for Oct 3rd and come out and enjoy a great day of racing! Sponsored and reserved parking goes on sale this coming up Tuesday at noon and must be paid for in advance. We will once again have our Friday night fish fry parking party for reserved and sponsored parking guests from 5-9 PM. See flyer for more details and contact info for parking. A little late with this post but I want to take a moment and thank Francis DeRollo whose last day with us was last Saturdays race. For those who don’t know Francis is in the Navy and received orders to relocate to Virginia about a month ago. Francis messaged the track one day probably close to a year and a half ago and he said I love racing and just want to get involved. And get involved HE DID!! Francis dedicated so much of his time behind the scenes to helping make this track what it is today. On race weeks we start getting the track ready on Wednesdays and Francis would get off work and come up to the track and do anything needed to help. He did that the rest of the week and on Saturday mornings he was there at 7am getting things ready and didn’t leave til 2am as we were closing up! Francis was not always helpful but he was always so happy while doing so! We hate our time with Francis has come to an end but we wish Francis nothing but the best for his future and we certainly thank him for his service to our country! Francis you’re welcome anytime, your PDT family love you, stay safe, and thank you again so much!

It’s Race Week Again! This weekend we are running all our points races like always, the pro clone $ class, and also a $300 to win guaranteed RWYB class. See the payout structure flyer to see how the $300 payout will go up with more kart participation. See everyone this weekend!

Been a while since I’ve said this but it’s race weeeeeeekkkkkk!! Hope everyone has had a great summer break! I know it’s still hot, but we are going to be back at it this weekend with points series racing and also we’re going to do Pro Clone race! See everyone Saturday!!
