What a magical night on the rooftop! ✨And a big congrats to our fall sweat towel winner 🥇 Erica!! You can grab this towel in studio starting this afternoon! We choose this design because of the colors, water color feel, and nod to the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets we have ever seen right here in Pensacola 🌅 A reminder that tomorrow is a new day & a new opportunity to practice living and moving mindfully 🪩Thank you to everyone who submitted a design, we will have more comps in the future! ☀️🫶

Gentle movement, breath, and connection for mamas to be.
👻 Big Boo, Little Boo Mama + Me Pilates | 2:00pm
Bring your little boo (costumes encouraged!) for playful mama and me movement.

Halloween Goat Yoga is still on! Register in Fitdegree for this Saturday's event and join us for a fun filled yoga experience combining animal therapy with the festive spirit of Halloween. Some of the goats will even be in costume! Feel free to get creative with your yoga attire and don't forget to bring an old mat or towel.

We watched students and teachers cheer each other on, hold each other accountable, and show up even when it was hard, super early, or just inconvenient! YOU DID IT and we couldn't be more proud of you if we tried. Thank you for having us this morning for our Back to School Reset 🍂🧘‍♀️ This time of year can feel like a chaotic transition whether you are in school, have kids in school, or have lingering feelings from childhood of this time being an exciting, but very stressful return to hectic routines. We practiced slowing down, intentionally receiving, and moving with less effort. Thank you to everyone who showed up to practice & connect with each other. Juicy lemons 🍋 provided the perfect post class lemonade. 🙏
