ged extra to learn how to do gymnastics, Olympic lift or any other CrossFit movement. Our coaches can and will teach you everything you need to know to learn to move effectively and safely. Our goal is to help you get fit but make sure you are able to take care of your family and get to work the next day. We will help you with the most current nutritional advise. We will help you plan out your meals to meet your health and fitness goals. We have helped people to lose over 80 lbs and we have helped people to gain 10 lbs of muscle. We do not force our nutrition on anyone but are excited to help if you are ready. The community at PBCF is small but very supportive. Every new member becomes part of the PBCF family. Life long friendships are formed among our community. CrossFit gyms with 20-30 people per class are popular now, but they can not coach or teach with that many individuals each hour. Let us be your fitness home, we will get you the results you deserve.
