Climb a Tree can feel a little intimidating the first time you see it.

Adding the magic circle provides extra support, body awareness, and confidence as you learn the movement. It’s a great reminder that Pilates offers endless ways to build up to an exercise while still getting all the benefits.

And yes, we spent way too long choosing between songs about climbing trees. 🌳🎵

Since joining our team, Brittney has been so much more than an instructor at Gadsden. She has been a teammate, a cheerleader, a source of endless laughs, and that special friend who somehow makes everyone’s day a little brighter.

From classes and client milestones to social media shenanigans and countless memories, she has helped shape the community we love. As she heads to San Diego, we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the time we’ve shared and excited for all that’s ahead of her.

Thank you, Brittney, for everything you’ve brought to our studio and our members. We’re going to miss seeing your smile around the studio, but you’ll always be part of the Gadsden family. ❤️

A little chair flow in the courtyard ☀️

Strength, control, mobility… and a perfectly timed high five at the end.

Movement like this reminds us that Pilates doesn’t have to feel rigid to be effective. You can challenge the body, connect to the breath, and still keep it light and fun.

Pilates burpees on the reformer 🔥
This sequence challenges strength, control, coordination, mobility, and endurance all at once.

The magic circle assist during the push-up is one of my favorite parts: it gives just enough support to help you find better alignment, connect into your upper body, and set up the push-up beautifully instead of collapsing into it.

Controlled doesn’t mean easy 😅
