(Don’t have proof on the swim….but I bet it was there too 😃)

We post about these athletes and their races. But we don’t often talk about all that goes into these races.

Nancy put her all into this training block! Hard work, dedication, learning, pushing comfort zones.

Early mornings and challenging workouts in between working in 3 cities and spending valuable time with family and of course LSU time!

Nancy has been an athlete for a long time, and we’ve known her for a few years. She chose her goals carefully and with her health in mind the whole time. A long distance tri isn’t a goal a smart athlete takes lightly. It takes careful planning and smart training, and yes - timing is everything!

Just a little for a random Tuesday post.
Sara Bailey has been out there crushing goals left and right!

This year she raced Ironman Jax, Ironman 70.3 Rockford, Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Nice, 10k’s, half marathons, 5k’s, numerous triathlons, etc etc - she’s making a name for herself in local races as a force in her AG as well as overall finishes!

Saturday she raced the Seafood Fest 5k and topped her AG yet again.

But y’all…she’s the one who wants EVERYONE to win! She trains and races with other folks whenever they ask. She supports her fellow TriPosse teammates and friends like no other. She is a class act, and a fun and caring individual.

Let’s give Sara some love, and let her know we appreciate her dedication to the sport and helping bring others up, just as much as showing us how to race with a smile!
