The kettlebell goblet plate elevated squat is a 🔥when it comes to your quadriceps and glutes when done correctly! This exercise also improves your core strength, balance, and stability. Do this exercise without weight before you progress to doing it with weight! 🫵🏿 I suggest 8-10-12 reps each side for 3-4 sets rest 1:00-1:30
