Join Debbie on Friday, February 16th @6pm-7:30pm for her Chronic Pain and Fatigue Workshop! What is it all about? A guided meditation to ground & center, Gentle stretching to awaken the body, a few Yin poses to help get into connective tissue & fascia, sound to increase vibration in a Restorative posture for a yummy shavasana. We will use props & modification suggestions to find the best expression of the pose for each person’s individual bodies and where there are in that moment A handout will be given with different modalities that can be done at home we will take a few minutes for questions if any.
