Loreece Hightower and Ashley Hightower decided that THEEEY wanted to go the EXTRA mile to the bottom of Grandview drive and backup during the strides for justice 5K run and 1 walk.

Sometimes you just have to go that extra mile to satisfy you.

What a way to represent yourself, your law firm and the cause.

+4 WHY!!!! Am I not losing weight because I don't really eat that much

ANSWER :

stopping eating or not eating enough can ultimately stop you from losing weight and can even cause your body to hold onto fat. When you starve yourself, your body goes into a survival mode. It slows down your metabolism to save energy, breaks down muscle instead of fat, and triggers intense hunger that often leads to overeating later.
