Better late than never on this post, right?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ what a fun day we had during last Saturday’s Murph workout! 🇺🇸 After a grueling workout, we even cooled down with some yummy ice cream!! 🍦 Great job to everyone who showed up and put in the work!

Come Join us today as we gather in honor of all of those who have served our country past and present. Today's workout is specifically in honor of Lt Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who knowingly sacrificed his life to save his fellow SEALS on June 28, 2005 in the Kunar Province of Afghanistan.

Come sweat with us and honor with us! Heat times are 6a, 7a, 8a and 9a.

Attention CFNP Members! It’s getting close to that time of the year to take on the Murph workout! Join us May 23rd in the morning and kick start your Memorial Day weekend by taking on this tough workout. Heats are 6, 7, 8 and 9 AM and will begin right at the top of the hour! Sign up on the whiteboard at the gym and even reserve your rig spot! If you’re in an earlier heat, cheer on others as they tackle the workout too! Lots of different workout options including but not limited to a half Murph, quarter Murph, partner Murph, biking or rowing instead of running! We hope to see lots of CFNP members signed up on the whiteboard in the next few weeks!
