IRON LIONS OF THE WEEK

Congratulations to this week’s Iron Lions — Sophia Garcia, Conway, and James Ledet!
These three were recognized by their teammates for the way they work, compete, and make the people around them better.

Sophia Garcia — “Always encouraging and one of the hardest workers in the room.” Sophia brings a positive attitude every day, lifts up her teammates, and is always ready to give her all.

ConwaySchulte — Seeks out the toughest scraps in the room, going hard with guys like Carson and Carter while putting in extra work at Grindhouse. Never backing down from a challenge.

James Ledet — A late start hasn't stopped his pursuit. James attacks the weight room, gets extra work at Grindhouse, and consistently shows up with a great attitude. He stays on his own path and keeps getting better.

Iron Lion isn't about being the best wrestler in the room. It's about making the room better because you're in it.

Iron sharpens iron. We were fortunate to get some great mat time with the returning State Champions from Morenci and 5X State Champion Sahuarita. Great wrestling. Great competition. Great people.
