Sarah Staler Wenstrom is originally from Portsmouth, Ohio. She began her training at the age of 3 in Greenup, Kentucky and continued onto Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio; where she received her BFA in Dance. Sarah has trained at North Carolina School of the Arts, Giordano Dance Chicago, Perri Dance, Broadway Dance Center, and Steps on Broadway. For 12 years Sarah performed as a Radio City Rockette in New York City. She performed in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular under choreographers Linda Haberman, Julie Branam, and Karen Keeler. Other shows include the New York Spring Spectacular choreographed by Warren Carlyle, & New York Spectacular choreographed by Mia Michaels. She has performed with the Rockettes on America’s Got Talent, Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade, The Today Show, Live with Kelly and Ryan, The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, The Ellen Show, Christmas in Rockefeller Plaza, The Tony Awards, the NBA All Star Game, and many others. She has performed with artist; Christina Aguilera, Flo Rida, and Pitbull. Prior to Radio City her other performances include Promises, Promises at Stages St Louis, Aida at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, and dancing all over the world for Holland America Cruise Line. Sarah has served as assistant dance captain on Rockette events, taught for the Rockettes Summer Intensive, as well as other Rockette education programs. She is certified in the basic and beginning levels of the Giordano Technique.
Studio DYB can not wait to host Sarah as a guest artist!!

Congratulations to our Studio DYB 2026 team! Everyone did a fantastic job in Iowa! We brought home 2 Diamonds, 3 Rubies, 1 Emerald, 3 Overall awards, 2 Specialty Judges’ Awards, 1 Best Costume award, and 1 Special Studio Teacher Award.

Most importantly, we made magical memories and team members gained so much confidence along the way. Thank you to all the supportive and encouraging families we truly appreciate you!

Congratulations to our 2026 Studio DYB team! All our solos placed Platinum and were overall finalists and our group placed High Gold and was an overall finalist ! Performance photos coming soon!
