Holiday Schedule, but make it Studio C style.

We’re still moving, flowing, and maybe making questionable facial expressions in the mirror. You’re welcome.

7:00 AM Primal Flow Yoga
Vinyasa yoga with a little sass. Because obviously.

4:30 PM HipHop
Dance it out. No dance resume required.

5:30 PM Kettlebell
Pick it up. Put it down. Feel powerful.

6:30 PM Vinyasa
End the day with flow, breath, and a little “look at me taking care of myself” energy.

Taking time away to learn, grow, and breathe a little deeper.

This weekend with Bradshaw Wish was exactly what the soul needed. Arm balances, hips, laughter, learning, and the reminder that stepping away can help us come back more grounded, inspired, and grateful.

So thankful for the chance to keep growing, for this beautiful movement community, and for the space to refill our own cup so we can pour back into Studio C.

Weekend Schedule Shake-Up. Studio C Style.

A few of us are heading out for a Yoga FUN weekend of workshops with the amazing Bradshaw Wish, so we’ve got a few weekend schedule changes coming in hot.

And don’t worry, the studio is still moving, sweating, dancing, riding, stretching, and probably making questionable facial expressions during cardio. As we do.

5:30 PM WERQ with Coleen

Saturday
Same schedule, full energy:
9:00 AM Pound with Emily + Jonna
9:55 AM Kettlebell/Power Flow with Jonna
10:55 AM Special Let’s Ride Cycling with MEL

Big moment alert. This is Mel’s first solo ride. YAY MEL. Come hype her up, sweat it out, and make her feel the Studio C love.

9:30 AM Vinyasa Flow with Kari
10:30 AM WERQ + Stretch Combo with Coleen

So basically, we’re out learning, growing, and getting bendy with Bradshaw, while the Studio C crew keeps the party moving at home.

A LOT of our instructors started exactly where you are.
Back row. Watching. Learning. Wondering “could I do that?”
…and then one day something clicked ⚡

And now they’re up front turning the lights ALL the way up.

Tonight was one of those moments 💜

Mel just leveled UP with her new Spin certification and jumped in to teach TWO songs in class.

No big deal… just casually becoming a rockstar on a bike 🚴‍♀️🔥
