7:00 AM Primal Flow Yoga
Vinyasa yoga with a little sass. Because obviously.
4:30 PM HipHop
Dance it out. No dance resume required.
5:30 PM Kettlebell
Pick it up. Put it down. Feel powerful.
6:30 PM Vinyasa
End the day with flow, breath, and a little “look at me taking care of myself” energy.

Weekend Schedule Shake-Up. Studio C Style.
A few of us are heading out for a Yoga FUN weekend of workshops with the amazing Bradshaw Wish, so we’ve got a few weekend schedule changes coming in hot.
And don’t worry, the studio is still moving, sweating, dancing, riding, stretching, and probably making questionable facial expressions during cardio. As we do.
Friday
5:30 PM WERQ with Coleen
Saturday
Same schedule, full energy:
9:00 AM Pound with Emily + Jonna
9:55 AM Kettlebell/Power Flow with Jonna
10:55 AM Special Let’s Ride Cycling with MEL
Big moment alert. This is Mel’s first solo ride. YAY MEL. Come hype her up, sweat it out, and make her feel the Studio C love.
Sunday
9:30 AM Vinyasa Flow with Kari
10:30 AM WERQ + Stretch Combo with Coleen
So basically, we’re out learning, growing, and getting bendy with Bradshaw, while the Studio C crew keeps the party moving at home.

We’ll see you on the mat, bike, dance floor, or wherever your body decides to cooperate.
