After a full day of ping pong on Saturday 9am - 3pm I decided to walk out to our 3 baseball fields and watch and listen to families enjoying the beautiful day and making memories. You could smell the popcorn and feel the excitement. (“Fun at the Old Ballpark”)

I am beginning to believe all the medical studies that have confirmed ping pong is one of the top 2 sports that promote brain health and longevity. These two long time players have the average age of 86 and currently play 5 days a week. This should make us all want to play more ping pong😁

Not a good morning. The water fountain by the restrooms sprang a leak last night and the water ran down the wall and the steps onto the stage floor in the Ping Pong room. When we squeegeed the floor it peeled the paint.
