Finished up a great weekend with our ACCURIZED AR match. A ton of shooters had an amazing time and shot a very tough but fun match.

Our West Platform 2 has many ways to train and expand on your skills. A rooftop and portable barricade for alternate shooting positions.

To the Cowtown multi-gun community: Thank you for the great feedback and regarding the multi-gun match cancellation. We value your feedback and in the interests of transparency we wanted everyone to know that the decision boiled down to two primary concerns: 1) the loss of our match director, and 2) membership concerns about Saturday range availability. Prior to cancelling multi-gun, we had matches on three Saturdays every month. With the growth of our membership, we must remain mindful of our members ability to reserve range time - especially on Saturdays. Loyalty runs both ways, and our first and foremost loyalty is to our members because, w/out them, we won't have a range. We struggled with cancelling this match since many members participate in it, and we want to ensure the entire community has great matches to shoot. That said, our decision was to continue our weekly Wednesday Night Steel match, our monthly Accurized AR match, our monthly AZLRPS match, and our weekly Monday USPSA match (which we currently can't run due to not having a match director). If you'd like to volunteer for any of these matches, especially the Monday USPSA match, please contact us.

Also, since we can no longer support a monthly multi-gun match, we are planning to hold a TWO-DAY annual (or semi-annual) multi-gun match modelled after our first "Excommunicado" match back in 2020. That match was a huge success (thanks to Tony Lytton and his group) and we'd like to build on it. We invite anyone to contact us with ideas or interest in helping out.

Lastly, we are having our first TWO-DAY Accurized AR match on October 22nd and 23rd and there are only 30 slots left. If you'd like to sign up please contact us - it's going to be a unique and amazing match for the community so sign up today!

After much discussion with everyone that makes this great match possible, a collective and difficult decision has been made to discontinue the Cowtown Multigun match. And thank you to all who have attended the match over the past 4 years - we appreciate all of you.

Cowtown Multigun Match Announcement -
Attached are the proposed stages for the August Cowtown Multigun match. We are running 4 stages again this month. This is due to the heat, and the overwhelming positive feedback from the July match.

Match registration (on Practiscore) opens Monday August 15th at 6:30pm. The match is on Saturday August 20th. Match check in opens at 6:30am, first shots at 7:00am.

Multi Gun Match this Saturday! Each match consists of four to five stages, with at least one stage offering long range rifle targets. Match ammo requirements usually include approximately 100 rifle rounds, 75 pistol rounds, and at least 50 birdshot for shotgun shooters. Practiscore pre-registration and squadding is required.

Accurized AR Match… held on the 4th Saturday of each month. This match is designed to test abs build a shooters’ long range skills. Match fees are $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Monthly match results are posted on Practicescore.

Each Wednesday night, Cowtown hosts a steel target pistol match, which can be shot with either a pistol or a PCC. The match consists of 5 stages, ranging from 15 to 30 rounds per stage… For more information on competitions click the link in our bio.

I have been a Cowtown member for the past two years and it has been a very positive experience. The reservation process for the bays is easy and reliable and I usually get range time when I ask for it. Overall I would say the membership is definitely worth the money -"CAPTIAN CACTUS"
