Often we think that being strong is holding your and putting on a brave face for those who surround us.
But the true of growing and building strength is learning how to with difficult moments.
It’s embracing that our routes will be filled with trenches, broken roads, and challenging moments. Where shame, guilt, and regret will inevitably show their face.
Though not easy, learning to look at yourself from this lens can be liberating, , and because once you know what you’re facing, you have on how to fix it 🛠

A lot of people think is only about and getting
Truth is, incorporating a routine in to your daily life can also provide you with:
- Increased motivation
- Improved cognitive processing (i.e. learning)
- Improved memory
- Improved cardiovascular health
- Increased self-esteem
- Improved immune system
The list can go on. My point is, fitness can look a million different ways - the key is to find something that you truly enjoy
It just so happens to be that I like the feeling of hitting PRs 💪🏽

How often do we hear “Good is on the other side of bad”
Or
There needs to be darkness for there to be light
Though positive intent, I’d rather challenge you to what’s in front of you.
You had a bad day? - Have that bad day
Work has you stressed? - say it “Work has me messed up today”
By allowing your experiences to be and not trying to change them you’ll see that the additional stress we cause ourselves will go away on it’s own
The is already in the bad & there’s already in the darkness
It’s just a matter of what you choose to see

I’ve got to be honest with this one.
Time and time again, I have to remind myself that just because things didn’t work this one time, that does’t mean it won’t work out the next time
It’s easy to get caught up in but we have to remember that things the way they are supposed
For better or worse, continuing to regardless of the results is what makes things when they go well
Though I don’t know what you’re working towards you’re closer than you might think 💯✊🏽
