Squat Day is coming up at Titan Fitness Peoria!! Sat Aug 1, warm-ups at 4:30pm, Lifting begins at 5pm! Open to members from all of our locations.
Get your name on the list if you plan on lifting!! Ask anyone who’s participated before… it’s a fun time, for sure! From beginners to veteran lifters, we’ll cheer you on! This isn’t a competition, but a personal best day for this season!!
Have you done the Tire Flip?? It’s a great cardio/core/strength combo. You can also add weight inside the tire to make it heavier!
