I have been working with the Goodwill Teen REACH students for years now and I can't believe I haven't posted them before. Yesterday we got to hang (mostly flip) in the trapeze and rest with a soundbath. We've done mat yoga, partner yoga, breathwork and so much more together over the years and I just love them and the program. Shout out to my girl for making the connection happen many years back, ily ❤️

Ya'll know I love a yoga + flowers event. And this event .cc is happening right before the spring equinox NEXT WEEK on Thursday March 19 at 6pm. The spring equinox is a powerful seasonal threshold full of fertile energy to nourish our dreams for the future. This equinox where we move into balance, out of winter and into longer days, fresh energy, and new beginnings. It’s a time to reset, realign, and welcome the light. I absolutely love honoring the changing of seasons with you. and I here to welcome you to your weekly mat classes on Mondays at 5:30pm and Thursdays 7:15am we show up with the same warm smiles and very different esthetics. Come flow with us and hang out after! We tend to gather or another local spot after class. These two classes with are my only standing weekly mat classes. They are mindful flow classes welcome to all abilities and ages (reasonably) at a pay-as-you-can rate. It's a fun group and we'd love to have you💗💗 on another note, having a studio opener like deb literally changed my life. It is SO nice to just show up to a welcoming and warm studio space ready to teach.
