Dead North Adventures Jason and Terri Williams started Rustic Retreat Lodge LLC in February 2020. That quickly changed!! Jason is from Central Maine and is an avid outdoorsman.

With a vision at first of just renting out what we thought would be our forever home, once in a while since we travel for work. We quickly realized we had a slice of heaven, that we wanted to share with everyone. To us it doesn’t matter if you are an avid outdoors man/woman, a part time adventurer, hunter or just someone who needs a place to come decompress from the crazy day to day of our lives. We just want our guests to enjoy what we enjoy about the lodge…..the serenity, the quietness, the fresh air, mountain views and that fire place! We have been working on expanding our business since we are such avid outdoors people, well it has finally happened and we welcome you to the next chapter of OUR adventure...Dead North Adventures. He grew up hunting, fishing, riding atv’s & snowmobiles. He has spent his career traveling the country for work, in construction. He can run all types of equipment and that has been a huge asset to us here at the lodge, seeing we do pretty much everything ourselves. Jason looks forward to meeting the guests and sharing his outdoor knowledge with them. Jason is a Professional Hunting & Recreational guide in the state of Maine. Terri is from Northern Maine and has spent most of her life enjoying the great outdoors of Maine. She is an avid hunter, fisher woman, completive s***t shooter, white water rafting guide, Hunting & Recreational guide for the state of Maine and has ridden/trained horses. Terri has lived all over Maine. She looks forward to sharing her experiences with her guests.

Some of you may remember Jabba the hut from Star Wars….. well we have a Jabba the hut in raccoon form and yes he is as big as the barrel.

It’s a little hard to see in the picture because he blends in…. But trust us he is HUGE!! I’d say he has been eating very well and is ready for winter!
