📌 Online Registration Closes: October 23 at midnight (or earlier if a division reaches capacity).
Note: 1st/2nd grade and High School divisions will hold additional in-person registrations, if needed.
🗓️ Season & Game Schedule Overview
🏀 Practices: Practices start the week of November 30 for 1st–8th grades. Practices can be scheduled any night, Monday through Friday, depending on coach and facility availability.
🏀 Games Start: December 11 & 12
5th/6th Grade Boys: Friday nights
High School Boys: Friday nights & Saturdays
All Other Age Groups: Saturdays
Tentative Game Day Schedule: Game schedule will be confirmed after registration closes and we know how many teams are in each age group.
1st/2nd Grade Girls: Saturday morning
1st/2nd Grade Boys: Saturday early afternoon – early evening
3rd/4th Grade Boys: Saturday morning
3rd/4th Grade Girls: Saturday early afternoon
5th/6th Grade Girls: Saturday afternoon
7th/8th Grade Boys: Saturday morning – afternoon
7th–High School Girls: Saturday early evening
High School Boys: Friday night / Saturday late afternoon & evening
⚠️ Important Policies & Requests
No Friend or Coach Requests: To keep teams balanced, we cannot accommodate requests for specific friends or coaches.
Practice Unavailability: You may request 1 or 2 days that your player is unavailable to practice during the registration process, but please note that practice days are not guaranteed.
Roster Finality: Once players are placed on a team, they will not be moved.
📋 MANDATORY IN-HOUSE EVALUATIONS
📣 All players must be evaluated in order to be drafted.
📄 Refunds are only issued for medical or military reasons (documentation required).
