I think one of the biggest mistakes we make in fitness is assuming everyone is working toward the same goal.
Some people want to lose weight.
Some want to build muscle.
Some want to get stronger.
Some want more energy.
Some just want to feel good in their body again.
And honestly? All of those goals matter.
Melissa is a great example.
Her goal has been to build strength, tone up, and have more energy. And she is well on her way because she has already knocked out 50 classes.
That 50th class isn't just a number.
It's 50 times she chose to show up for herself.
50 times she made her health a priority.
50 times she got a little stronger and a little closer to the person she wants to become.
We aren't here to put everyone through the same program and tell you what your goal should be.
Our job is to meet you where you are, help you create a plan that makes sense for YOU, and then help you actually follow through with it.
So whatever you're working toward right now, don't compare your journey to the person next to you.
You don't need their goal.
You just need to keep working toward yours.
And Melissa, keep crushing it. 50 classes down and you're just getting started!
