Enjoy hugging, and learning about the donkeys on this unique trail with many safari animal friends, Photo-Ops, Music, Huge Bouncy House, & Gift Shop on site.

Two Days Left! Thursday and Saturday 4pm-7pm. It was a wonderful summer. We are so glad we could bring an awesome experience to so many schools in the county! Many children have never had the chance to experience some of the features in the trail. It was not just one of the largest bouncy houses in Maine...But the many other features.. The animals, The music Commercial displays, Treasure box, and the gift shop. We are happy to give them a treat or all of the hard work in school last year and treating them before school started. They deserve it.

The children were not the only ones that enjoyed the trail. Many adult features were included and many in the elderly community came to support the animals. We do this for them also!

It really touched our hearts to do this for everyone this year! Of course the animals are happy at the rescue because we were able to fund some of their hay cost with the trail and did get some donations towards ' Cedar ' and his cancer surgery. Thanks for the support of the animals everyone!

Maine Donkey Safari is open today Sunday July 19th Noon - 5pm!

An outdoor forest safari of live donkeys, and life sized safari animals. Many fun features await you at the event.
Experience this unique roadside attraction with donkey and friends! Our guests will walk through a forested safari adventure meeting critically endangered donkeys. Colossal statues throughout the quarter mile trail for those special summer photo memories in Maine.

Meander peacefully through our exclusive B***o Botanical Gardens while curious donkeys say hello to you. Hug and learn about donkeys, safari animals and what they both have in common. Trails, exhibits, and picnic areas with seating throughout. A giant safari bouncy house awaits the children on Meerkat Mountain if they're brave enough to first cross through the Python Plains. Each child will get a free prize out of the treasure box. Gift shop available at roadside. A unique family friendly Safari Adventure awaits you in Perry, Maine!

The proceeds from Maine Donkey Safari help support rescue donkeys in sanctuary.
