Individualized instruction rooted in classical form — designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore balance through mindful, corrective movement.

🪶 Mat Classes
What makes our mat work unique is the modification and consultation process. At Glass City Pilates, every participant begins with an Intro 4 — a series of four introductory sessions where your instructor gets to know you, your body, your movement patterns, and your goals.

From there, we develop a plan to safely progress you forward. Because no two bodies are alike, your instructor will guide you through proper warm-ups, assess readiness, and teach how to engage the musculature system before every workout. This ensures that every session builds strength, safety, and confidence — one movement at a time.

🎓 The Glass City Pilates Academy
Our professional training division offers teacher education and mentorship in authentic Pilates. The Academy preserves the integrity of the classical sequence while preparing instructors to teach with precision, empathy, and deep anatomical understanding.

🌍 Expanding with Purpose
We are proud to announce that Glass City Pilates is expanding — opening licensing centers devoted to authentic Pilates mat work and classical education. These centers will carry forward our mission to preserve the art, science, and spirit of true Pilates practice.
