Did you know F3 has a running group too? Every Friday at 5AM they meet somewhere in Ste. Genevieve. Some show up just to walk a mile, others run up to 5 miles.

Tomorrow they will meet in Lake Forest by the tennis courts at 5AM. It's open to all men. You don't need to bring anything and it doesn't cost anything. You'll find a group of men happy to have you there.
