Illinois Valley Zumba Dance Fitness Latin dance inspired workout. Zumba incorporates moves through songs like Reggeton, Merengue, Cumbia... just to name a few.

Zumba is high energy dancing with great cardio. I make it easy to learn and will have you burning calories while having fun!
