Another fabulous Saturday morning with these beauties. 💪

We kicked things off with a Kettlebell Intro, breaking down the fundamentals — hip hinge, bell path, setup, and movement. Because when the foundation is strong, everything else gets better.

Then… we went to work. 🔥Non-stop strength, core, and conditioning.

That’s the beauty of Move Strong.Learn the movement.Build the strength.Push the limits.

There was a time my body felt like it was working against me.

Fighting one medical battle after another, medications, fatigue…

So now… every time I get to step into the gym, move my body, and feel strong again, I don’t take it for granted.

Strength hits different when you’ve had to fight to get it back.

always having me looking my best while I train!! ❤️

I ran Thermo Burn consistently.
Tested it against L-Carnitine alone.
Pulled it for a week.
Tracked the differences.

Maintenance phase.
~2,200–2,300 calories.
Weight holding 148–152.
No deficit. No alcohol. Controlled variables.

Weight stayed the same — but I leaned out.
Felt leaner and tighter while on it.
Hunger showed up earlier when I stopped.
Energy felt flatter off of it.

Monitored GI and inflammation closely. No aggravation. Felt stable.

In a controlled maintenance phase, it supported recomposition.
