For years, TRU Challenge has proudly been the competition for the rest of us. The 95%.....the athletes who love to compete, challenge themselves, and throw down without needing to be elite-level firebreathers.
But we also know there’s a group of athletes who have outgrown Intermediate… yet still don’t fall in the top 10% of the Open.
So we’re excited to officially introduce the NEW RX Division to TRU Challenge! 🔥
👉 WHY ARE WE ADDING RX?
Because there has been a growing gap between Intermediate athletes and higher-level competitors. We wanted to create a place for athletes who are OVER-qualified for Intermediate to compete against others closer to their ability level.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
The qualifications to compete in TRU Challenge have NOT changed.
TRU Challenge is STILL designed for everyday athletes.
We are NOT turning this into an elite-only competition.
We are simply creating a better competitive experience for athletes who need a step above Intermediate.

Memorial Day Murph is underway at Starved Rock CrossFit with more than 80 athletes coming together to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
Today isn’t about finishing first or going RX — it’s about pushing through with purpose, supporting each other, and paying tribute to the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country.
