What a fun time yesterday!! We had some family and friends over for the first official ride in our new riding arena. Abby started things off with the first ride! Dawn and Katie have shared our barn since we built in the country 14 years ago and Abby has been riding, I believe, since around 2 years old. Abby has progressed very nicely with Indy through the training from her Grandma and Mom, Dawn Irwin Tieman and Katie Beuster both great riders. This year we added Karen Crouch Klinzing to the team and Karen has been a great addition bringing in a beautiful horse named Cisco. Three of our grandchildren got to ride Indy and one was able enjoy seeing a horse up close. We really enjoyed the day!!

Getting close to the end of building our new riding arena (big sand box for horses). 🤣 This last week could have been very stressful but a big shout out to my brother Frank, and my neighbor and his kids. With the help of a Bobcat and an enloader (thanks to my other neighbor), and some rakes and a lot of hard work by all, my week was a success. Completing some finishing touches on sand today, Gatza Electric finishes up Monday, doors on Wednesday, then done!!! 70 tons of sand, 46 tons of lime, 30 tons of rock. 7 semi's full of material in three days. Thank God for good weather this week! 🙏

Today is an exciting day. The trusses are going up on our new indoor riding arena! Now we can ride our horses even when the weather isn't so perfect. 🙂

Building a new indoor riding arena this summer!!! Only four horses on site at any one time. Automatic waterer. We clean stalls daily, dumpster, and its hauled away weekly. We try to keep flys to a minimum. We treat your horse like ours. Two nice shelters so horses can always be out of the bad weather.
