From the Parade of Teams to the Challenger League game, it was a truly unforgettable evening. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us and help kick off this special milestone tournament!

Tomorrow marks the start of the 40th Anniversary of the Central Region Senior League Baseball Tournament, and one of the most special moments of Opening Ceremonies is something you won’t want to miss.

💙 Our District 20 Challenger League takes the field!

The Challenger League provides children and adults with special needs the opportunity to experience the joy of playing baseball and softball in a fun, supportive environment.

One of the most heartwarming traditions of our tournament is when players from the participating Senior League teams volunteer to be “buddies,” helping Challenger athletes on the field. The smiles, laughter, and memories created during this game are truly unforgettable.

It’s a powerful reminder of what Little League is all about—sportsmanship, inclusion, friendship, and community.

Events like this don’t happen without an incredible team of volunteers who dedicate countless hours behind the scenes to make everything possible.

Today, we’d like to recognize and thank the Central Region Senior League Baseball Tournament Committee. Your hard work, planning, and dedication throughout the year are what make this tournament such a success. We are truly grateful for everything you do!

We also want to give a special shoutout to our amazing grounds crew. They work tirelessly each day to prepare and maintain the field, ensuring it’s ready for the players to compete at the highest level. Their efforts often go unnoticed, but they are absolutely essential to this tournament.

If you see our grounds crew throughout the week, they’ll be easy to spot in their hot pink shirts—please take a moment to say thank you for everything they do!
